Dr. Lauren T. Bonner, M.D. leads the Glendale team at Synergy Mental Health and Wellness Integrated. She holds triple board certifications in Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Obesity Medicine, and brings extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Her breadth of training reflects a commitment to providing comprehensive, integrated mental health care across the full lifespan.
Dr. Bonner's research contributions span diverse fields including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Alcohol Use Disorder, Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia, and Schizophrenia. Her commitment to patient-centered research is recognized by a grant from the National Institutes of Health. She is an elected member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and holds the distinguished title of Leonard Weisskopf Scholar.
Dr. Bonner specializes in Geriatric Psychiatric Disorders including Late Life Depression, Late Life Anxiety, and Mood Disorders; Agitation; Trauma Spectrum Disorders including PTSD; Psychotic Disorders; Substance Use Disorders; ADHD; Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementias; and Women's Mental Health Issues.
