Psychiatry-Driven Care That Goes Beyond Standard Therapy
When depression, anxiety, or trauma has not responded to standard medication or therapy, SMHWI's integrated model brings together interventional psychiatry, evidence-based clinical care, and structured programming under one roof.
Interventional Psychiatry
We offer the full spectrum of FDA-cleared interventional treatments: TMS, Spravato (esketamine), and ketamine, for patients who have not responded to standard antidepressants. All services are available at all four SMHWI locations and covered by most major insurance.
Integrated, Coordinated Team
Psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff work together within the same practice. Your medication management, therapy, interventional treatment, and IOP programming are all coordinated by a single unified care team.
Evidence-Based at Every Level
Every modality and treatment option at SMHWI, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, TMS, Spravato, and IOP, is supported by peer-reviewed clinical research and delivered by licensed, experienced providers who build truly individualized plans.
