Holding triple board certifications in Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry and Obesity medicine, Dr. Bonner exemplifies a dedication to providing comprehensive integrated mental health care. Her extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings reflects her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care to every patient she serves.

Dr. Bonner’s influence extends beyond clinical practice, with research contributions spanning diverse fields, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Alcohol Use Disorder, Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia, and Schizophrenia. Her commitment to patient-centered research is underscored by her grant from the National Institute of Health. Acknowledged for her academic excellence, Dr. Bonner is an elected member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and holds the distinguished title of Leonard Weisskopf Scholar.

Specializing in Mood Disorders, Trauma Spectrum Disorders such as PTSD, Psychotic Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, ADHD, Alzheimer’s Disease, and other Dementias, as well as Women’s Mental Health Issues, Dr. Bonner brings a wealth of expertise to our Glendale staff. Paul completed his education at the Northern Arizona University Physician Assistant Program in Phoenix in 2014. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to working extensively with patients of all ages, specializing in those aged 18 and older.

Paul’s comprehensive services include psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management. His approach to patient care is characterized by a holistic and collaborative perspective, placing a strong emphasis on patient education and overall well-being. As an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants, Paul is committed to enhancing patients’ quality of life and providing them with the unwavering support they need. Kari Lahoe is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner treating patients across the lifespan. She graduated from Wilkes University with a Master’s degree of Science in Nursing with over 29 years of healthcare experience. Her background includes a variety of experiences in travel nursing, critical care, perioperative services, and inpatient/outpatient clinics. In addition, she has cared for patients of many diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic settings.

Kari describes herself as being a highly receptive person who strives to provide her patients with strong advocacy, compassion, and hope. Her approach to patient care is collaborative, patient-centered, holistic, and evidence-based. Besides mental and emotional health, her professional interests include integrative treatments, lifestyle modification, nutrition, and supplements. With passion she focuses on treating those suffering with substance misuse, PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar, and human trafficking survivors. She would love to help assist you in reaching your personal goals and gain a healthier, happier quality of life.

On a personal note, Kari enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, cooking, painting, and loving on her 2 Aussiedoodles.

Jacob Johnson is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor who earned his master’s degree in counseling from Northern Arizona University in 2015, following a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the same institution. His counseling journey began in the realm of substance use and co-occurring disorders, where he worked in inpatient settings in Flagstaff and Prescott. Subsequently, he returned to Phoenix, where he has served as both an outpatient counselor and a clinical supervisor.

As a licensed professional counselor, Jacob has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and families in the areas of substance use, co-occurring disorders, and general mental health. He employs a combination of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.
With a passion for promoting mental well-being, Jacob Johnson is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their challenges and achieve positive outcomes. As your Licensed Professional Counselor, he brings a wealth of expertise to guide you on your journey toward emotional health and resilience.
