We developed our flexible Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with the understanding that every individual’s journey towards healing is unique. Our program provides a dynamic and personalized combination of psychiatric care and counseling to individuals grappling with mental health disorders.
Our eight-week IOP consists of in-person or virtual/tele care three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for three hours at a time. Following a comprehensive assessment and evaluation, our care team will develop a personalized treatment plan towards healing.
During the IOP, psychotherapeutic modalities, such as individual and group therapy sessions, support individuals in approaching personal challenges, healing from past experiences, and developing new coping strategies. Through targeted interventions, our care team empowers individuals to establish connections between their thoughts and emotions, equipping them with the tools to dismantle self-imposed limitations, create paths towards new goals, and discover a sense of purpose.
Depending on your personalized treatment plan, psychiatric care may serve as an integral part of your healing journey. Our board-certified psychiatrists provide medication management to ensure that prescriptions are adjusted and monitored as needed to support your progress.
